S-Trap™ Turbo™ 96-Well Mini Plate: High-Efficiency, Ready-to-Shoot Sample Prep
The S-Trap™ Turbo™ 96-Well Mini Plate advances the original S-Trap™ design by using polymeric materials with over 100× greater surface capture density, enabling stronger binding with less capture matrix resulting in smaller elution volumes. The improved binding efficiency eliminates additional concentration steps – simply elute and shoot.
This 96-well format streamlines proteomic sample preparation and reduces total processing time from > 5 hours to ~2.5 hours (including digestion) compared to our standard S-Trap™ format. A single, low-volume elution replaces multiple high-volume steps, minimizing sample handling, reducing opportunities for sample loss, and increasing throughput. The shorter workflow yields analytical performance comparable, or superior, to the standard format.
Designed for high-throughput workflows, the S-Trap™ Turbo™ integrates seamlessly into 96-well processing and automation platforms, making it well-suited for large cohort studies, discovery proteomics, and comparative screening applications.
