ProtiFi was founded in 2015 as a spinout from the laboratory of Prof. Dr. Darryl J.C. Pappin – a founder of the field of proteomics – at Cold Springs Harbor Laboratory (CSHL), the top-ranked institution for molecular biology and genetics and ranked first in research output worldwide by Nature. We grew from one product manufactured in a garage to a full-scale innovation lab that develops tools essential to bringing precision omics to life!™

From sample collection and preparation, chromatography and process control, to complex data analysis, we and our partners deliver the solutions needed to bring omics techniques to clinical relevance. By making omics approaches accessible, rapid, and reproducible, ProtiFi solutions accelerate our understanding of biology and facilitate personalized medicine and precision health.
