Most orders are processed the same day if received before 1 pm EST during standard USA business days. Kits are sent out the following business day. Products shipped on blue or dry ice have a $20.00 surcharge. Tryp-N is shipped frozen on dry ice on Mondays or Wednesdays via FedEx overnight (domestic) or International Priority (international). Non temperature sensitive goods are shipped via FedEx 2-day within the US and FedEx International Priority outside of the US, unless this shipping method is unavailable to the destination region, or a specific request has otherwise been made. Delivery outside of the US, typically takes between 2 days to 6 business days. ProtiFi sends tracking number to the provided email address via FedEx notification. The customer can monitor the progress of the shipment at any point.

If ordering by Purchase Order (PO), shipping and processing charges vary depending on the size of the shipment and the final destination. Shipping and handling charges are flat rate on the website and are as follows:

50.00 USD Outside North America

ProtiFi prices do not include country-specific taxes (e.g. VAT) and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. When a shipment reaches your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer pays these potential charges for customs clearance; ProtiFi has no control over these charges. We can provide the harmonized code for the product upon request to make an estimate. Customs rates vary between countries. Your country’s customs office can provide rates as can Google searches. To facilitate the customs process, the customer should provide his/her institution’s tax identification number and ProtiFi includes a commercial invoice with the cost of goods sold and the customer’s contact information.
